Initial Consultations

 

 

In-Person Consultations

 

Clients who reside in the nine (9) county San Francisco Bay Area (Alameda, Contra Costa, Marin, Napa, San Francisco, San Mateo, Santa Clara, Solano, Sonoma) are provided in-person consultations.

 

 The fee for such a consultation is $150.00 for the first half-hour. The firm accepts payment by cashier's check, money order and cash.

 

Telephone Consultations

 

Clients who reside outside the San Francisco Bay area are provided telephone consultations. The fee for such a consultation is $150.00 for the first half-hour.

 

The client must complete an Initial Consultation Form and return it with payment by money order or cashier's check prior to the consultation, and the Law Firm calls the client collect.

If you retain the Law Firm to represent you within 30 days of the initial consultation, the consultation fee will be deducted from your total attorney fees.

 

 

Please note that additional consultations are at the law firm's current hourly rate of $350.00 per hour.
